Welcome to Bullock Farms. We are committed to bringing our heritage-raised beef directly to your table. This guide covers everything you need to know about our ordering process, local delivery service, and farm pickup options.
How to Order Your Beef

Select your desired products and quantities. Each item is packed with care to ensure it reaches your kitchen in peak flavor.
STEP 03
Choose Delivery
During checkout, select your preferred method: local delivery (added fee) within Delaware or convenient on-farm pickup.
STEP 04
Secure Checkout
Complete your purchase securely. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details for your delivery or pickup.
Local Pickup At The Farm
Once your order is ready, you'll receive an email notification to schedule your preferred pickup window. When you arrive at Bullock Farms, you will find our freezer-packed beef trailer. Come prepared to shop our farm merch and browse additional select cuts available to add to your order.
Please bring a cooler if you have a longer drive home.
Local Delivery
Service Area: We currently offer local delivery within a 30-mile radius of our Harrington, Delaware farm for a $8 fee
Deliveries are scheduled every Tuesday and Thursday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. You will receive a text notification when our driver is on the way and once your order has been dropped off.
If you won't be home, please leave a clean, insulated cooler with ice packs in a shady, accessible spot (like your front porch). We'll place your frozen beef inside to ensure it stays perfectly cold until you return.
FAQs
How will my beef stay frozen?
Local Delivery: Orders are delivered in our temperature-controlled beef trailer and placed directly into your provided cooler. If a cooler is not provided, your beef will be delivered in an insulated cardboard box. Farm Pickup: Your beef will remain stored in a freezer inside our beef trailer and will stay rock solid until pickup.
Can I change my pickup time?
Yes, simply reach out to us at least 24 hours in advance. We understand schedules change and we'll work with you to find a better window for your farm visit.
Is your beef USDA inspected?
Yes! Our beef is processed through a USDA-certified butcher, Haass's Family Butcher Shop, located in Dover, Delaware.

What if I’m not home for delivery?
For local delivery, please leave a cooler in a shady spot. If we don’t find a cooler, we’ll do our best to contact you, but we recommend being prepared to keep your beef cold! If needed, we will provide an insulated cardboard box for your order. However, we do not recommend letting it sit out for an extended period of time, so please contact us if a scheduled delivery time is necessary.
Do you offer bulk or custom orders?
Yes! If you’re looking for a larger selection of beef than what we currently have listed, please reach out to us. Sometimes certain cuts or quantities aren’t readily available, but we’re happy to prioritize your needs with our next round of beef
