Stock your freezer with locally raised beef from our family farm!

Reserve your 1/4 beef with a $250 deposit. Your deposit will be applied toward the final purchase price.

How pricing works:

• $250 deposit to reserve your quarter

• Final price is based on the animal's actual hanging weight

• $6.50 per lb hanging weight

• Processing fees: 90 cents per lb is INCLUDED in per lb price

• Remaining balance is due when your beef is ready for pickup

Estimated size: A 1/4 beef typically provides approximately 100+ lbs of packaged beef, depending on the size of the animal and your cutting selections. Actual hanging and take-home weights will vary.

Your quarter includes a variety of cuts, such as: Steaks, Ground beef, Roasts, Stew meat, Short ribs, Other cuts based on your individual cut sheet

You will receive a cut sheet before processing so you can select how you would like your beef prepared.

For example, if a quarter ends up at 175 lb hanging weight:

• $6.25/lb = $1,093.75 (processing fee is included)
